Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive training program focused on commercial banking operations, credit analysis, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with experienced bankers and mentors to develop a deep understanding of commercial lending and financial solutions.
- Engage with co-workers, prospective clients, and current clients to foster strong professional relationships.
- Analyze financial statements and market conditions to support lending decisions and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to management and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve program milestones and contribute to the overall success of the bank.
- Local office duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and prospective clients.
- Willingness to relocate to any Frandsen Bank & Trust location after successful completion of the training program.
- Annual salary of $50,000 - $75,000
