You must be able to work with limited to none supervision and can handle pressure. You're responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast & lunch sandwiches , salads and such with precision and ensuring every food item prepared meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Must have knowledge of food safety .

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and preparation methods.
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Support the team during busy service hours by multitasking effectively and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with front of the house staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, especially in a kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production, food handling, and food safety management practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
