Architectural Project Manager — Finished Goods

Position Summary
The Finished Goods Project Manager is responsible for advancing the pricing and production process for our imported finished goods. This individual works closely with the Sales Team, CAD Team, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution, from initial inquiry through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sale Support
- Provide day-to-day product support to the Sales Team
- Manage stock holds for the Sales Team
- Work with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time for projects
- Prepare clear, itemized estimates
- Manage sample logistics
- Oversee template tracking and coordination
2. Project Validation
- Organize documentation for CAD production packages (custom projects)
- Submit validated production packages to Procurement
3. Post-Sale Execution
- Collaborate with the Senior Estimator to phase project timelines
- Keep clients, Sales, and Operations Teams informed on project status
- Maintain up-to-date notes and milestones in Stone Profits
- Monitor project timelines and communicate schedules
- Assist with payment collection when applicable
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Construction Management preferred
- 3–5 years of practical experience in interior design, construction management, or a related field
- Ability to read architectural plans and estimate construction projects
- Experience with architectural stone projects a strong plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with PlanSwift or other take-off software preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Salesforce, and Stone Profits is a plus
