Key Responsibilities
- Manage case files from initial pleadings through trial prep
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, and prepare discovery responses
- Support trial teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
- Handle insurance coverage, product liability, and commercial defense litigation
- 2–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense-side work
- Strong writing and case management skills
- Prior experience in product liability, toxic torts, or insurance law preferred
- Georgia Bar admission required
