St. Francis Health and Wellness, Little Falls, MN is currently seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join the Health and Wellness Center team! This person is responsible for welcoming guests and members to the gym, selling memberships, training services, and maintaining a clean and organized gym. This role requires the ability to collaborate and communicate, and the ability to influence others in a positive way.
On-Call/Casual Member Services Representative – varying evening hours throughout the week 5:15 p.m. - 9:15 p.m., Friday until 7:15 p.m., and occasional Saturdays.
Benefit includes Free single membership to Health & Wellness facility.
Applicants must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficient computer skills. Have or obtain within the agreed period CPR/AED. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and frequently walk throughout the department (including stairs) during the shift.
A ministry of the Franciscan Sisters, the St. Francis Health and Wellness Center is a complete fitness center featuring a pool, hot tub, exercise & weight equipment, racquetball and pickle ball courts, full size gymnasium, swim lessons, massage, yoga, fitness classes and personal training.
