President
The President serves as the senior executive leader of St. Paul Elder Services, Inc. This role provides strategic direction and executive oversight for all aspects of long‑term care, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and other senior services. The President supports and ensures a culture deeply rooted in Catholic values – upholding the dignity of every person, stewarding resources responsibly, and promoting holistic care of body, mind and spirit.
The President is a mission-driven leader who intentionally supports, strengthens, and promotes the Catholic identity of the organization. This includes modeling Catholic ethical principles, fostering a spiritually rich environment, and ensuring alignment with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services (ERDs). This leader also strengthens the facility’s connection to the community, partners with local organizations, and supports mission‑driven care in Catholic healthcare while maintaining strong alignment with the network’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a Catholic or faith‑based senior care facility or health system strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive leadership in senior care, long-term care, or healthcare operations.
- Experience within an integrated health network is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in organizational governance or a strong willingness to collaborate effectively with a local Board of Directors.
- NHA Licensure required.
