Senior Project Consultant

Within Franciscan, our Senior Project Consultant is a temporary role that will serve Franciscan by being responsible for executing specific projects, providing leadership, oversite, and communication, and directing the mitigation of barriers. This position serves as a system focused liaison between operations, information services, administration, and other departments participating in project delivery.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Manage complex projects that have a high risk with multiple dependencies; manage projects that create or alter the current business process; deliver Program Management for complex project deliverables.

• Coordinate varied and complex processes, determining the most appropriate methods and procedures.

• Provide comprehensive reports on project statuses to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Bachelor's Degree

• Preferred Master's Degree

• 7 years Healthcare leadership Required
