Often these people make the difference in you wanting to become a repeat customer and recommending a store or restaurant – or hospital or health center – to your friends and family. The good customer care associate handles requests and complaints efficiently and pleasantly. They thrive on ending each call knowing they did their best and helped someone. It’s not the job for everyone – because not everyone has what it takes.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Provide customer service in-person, electronic and by telephone to both members and guests, including registration, POS (area specific) and other services, as required.
• Manage communication and troubleshooting, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Customer Service Preferred
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association

• First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association
