What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Quality Data Analyst PACE position at Franciscan Health?
The Clinical Quality Data Analyst II supports the facility in collection, interpretation and analysis of data to optimize efficiency and quality outcomes. The Quality Data Analyst is responsible for collecting data, quality control of databases, and statistical analysis of data for use in process improvement (PI) teams, provide score cards and unit/department dashboards. The Quality Data Analyst will collect and analyze data, interpret results, and submit reports and recommendations to the leadership and PI teams.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Position is not remote. Will be required to be on site.
- Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays
- Will be covering both the Greenwood & Lafayette PACE locations
- Perform data or information collection from various sources, which may include chart audits, internally and externally derived reports, regulatory entities, or other external sources or agencies as assigned.
- Validate externally reported data with internal source data.
- Analyze data in support of other multidisciplinary teams in the evaluation of quality outcomes including, but not limited to, medical departments and sections, nursing systems, and ancillary clinical services.
- Support quality committees and subcommittees as assigned which may include preparation, reporting, recording, and correspondence activities.
- Utilize appropriate software and statistical database programs required for job duties.
- Provide support to the Quality department functions as assigned.
- Provide support with accreditation and certification requirements.
- Provides support and expertise in other areas as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree- IT, Healthcare Administration or Business- Required
- Master's Degree- Healthcare Administration (Business)- Preferred
- EPIC Report Writing & Sequel Certificate- Preferred
- 1 Year Working with Frail and Elderly- Required
- 3 Years Healthcare or Business Administration- Required
- 3 Years Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)- Required
- 2 Years Statistical Programs (Power BI, Excel, Adaptive Planning, etc.)- Required
- Auto Insurance- Required
- Driver's License- Required
