Cook and prepare food for banquet functions or restaurant as described on the B.E.O.
Shift: 5 am - 1 pm.
Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare food for banquet functions or restaurant as described on the B.E.O.
- Prepare dishes using recipes dictated by Chef.
- Food must be prepared correctly, at right temperature.
- Work in an organized and clean environment.
- Ensure highest possible standard in food prep to exceed guests expectations.
Qualifications
- Prior kitchen experience or culinary degree.
Required Skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow directions.
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts as they occur.
Pay range and compensation package
$18-$22 hr.
