- Maintain accurate student records, including grades, transcripts, and testing data
- Input transfer grades and verify data integrity in the student information system
- Serve as a liaison to the District’s Information Technology Department
- Inform appropriate personnel of student course deficiencies
- Process pre-registration, scheduling, and counselor assignments
- Support the District’s summer school program with registrar duties
- Manage schedules and communications for administrators
- Draft, organize, and distribute correspondence, announcements, and reports
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing clear direction

Job Summary
The Building Information & Administrative Specialist – High School is a dual-role position responsible for managing and maintaining accurate student records, assisting with academic scheduling and registrar functions, and providing confidential administrative support to building administrators. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data, efficient daily operations, and clear communication among students, families, staff, and district departments.
Note: This is a dual-role position due to the unique structure of Union High School, which operates on a smaller scale as an alternative high school. Combining registrar and administrative support responsibilities allows for efficient operations and enhanced support for students and staff in a more personalized school environment.
