Horizon Equity Group Dealer Services is looking for a qualified Finance Manager for a high volume Franchise Dealership located in the DFW metro area. Job Description:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for contracting new business and generating finance income on all sold vehicles by arranging for various financing avenues while presenting customers with aftermarket products. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for verifying paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions in order to structure deals for maximum profitability, make credit decisions and effectively close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process
- Establish and maintain strong relations with lenders
- Determine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options
- Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services and enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
- Present warranties, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the Dealership
- Secure and finalize transactions in an ethical manner while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction
- Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership’s Accounting Department in a timely manner
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Requirements:
- Must have proven and verifiable work experience as a Finance Manager in Dealerships with a high-level track record of F&I product sales
- Must be well-qualified to understand all program and rate options offered by lenders and maintain working knowledge of leases, “balloons,” etc.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Possess and demonstrate personal and professional integrity and be a team player
- Stamina to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or the equivalent, College degree or experience preferred
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test and credit report
