Position Overview
The ideal candidate is an accomplished F&I professional with a track record of success, exceptional CSI, and the ability to build trust with customers while driving results. This role requires confidence, integrity, and the ability to lead by example in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
As an F&I Manager, you will guide customers through the financing process, present value-driven protection products, and ensure every transaction is completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs and present tailored financing and payment solutions
- Confidently present and sell service contracts, GAP, and other value-added ancillary products
- Prepare and finalize all finance and delivery documentation in a legal, ethical, and compliant manner
- Maintain and strengthen lender relationships
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly F&I income goals, product penetration targets, and CSI standards
- Lead, mentor, and positively influence the sales and delivery process
Qualifications & Attributes
- Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience required
- Proven history of strong financial performance and high CSI
- High-energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Detail-oriented with the ability to excel in a structured, process-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
