What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury / DUI Defense Attorney position at Franchi Law?
Franchi Law is expanding—again. We’re looking for a hungry, sharp, and hard-charging Litigation Attorney ready to jump into real cases, real clients, and real courtroom action. What You’ll Do
- Personal Injury litigation (mostly auto accidents), and—possibly—DUI defense matters.
- Take new client calls and deliver confident, empathetic guidance from day one.
- Dig deep into legal research and build strong case strategies.
- Draft persuasive complaints, motions, and discovery that get results.
- Work directly with clients, opposing attorneys, adjusters, and medical providers.
- Argue motions, attend hearings, handle depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Step into the courtroom when needed—prepared, polished, and ready.
- Work side-by-side with a talented team that moves fast and sets high standards.
- Be willing to take occasional after-hours potential client calls—because opportunities don’t always wait for business hours.
What You Bring
- Florida Bar license.
- Strong litigation instincts—or the willingness to learn fast.
- Confident communication skills and clean legal writing.
- Organization, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple active cases.
- A team-first mentality and a passion for serving injured and accused clients.
- Tech-friendly mindset with comfort using case management platforms.
