What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent position at Frampton Construction?
Superintendent | Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with at least three (3) of those years as a lead role on a project site. Industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects experienced are preferred. Expected project start date November 1, 2025.

- Assumes the responsibility for scheduling, production, logistics, quality, and safety on assigned project.

- Supports the planning of project general conditions understands financial goals and objectives.
- Partners with project management to identify schedule and costs associated with project changes.

- Creates and utilizes FCC standard scheduling tools and techniques including phasing plans, visual schedules, critical path, OPS, production tracking, etc.
