We are working with a well-established commercial general contractor based in Orlando to find a Superintendent who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The work is fast-moving by design. Projects are quick-turnaround by nature and span a wide range of scopes, including tenant improvements, medical office refreshes, renovations, hotel updates, cleanroom and industrial modernizations, MRI extractions and installations, concrete and masonry work, HVAC upgrades, parking lot repairs, water damage remediation, corporate signage, and more. If you are a Superintendent who thrives on variety, moves fast, and knows how to keep several balls in the air without dropping any of them, this one was built for you. Projects can be anywhere from a few days to a few months. This is perfect for someone who doesn't like monotonous days and loves working with a variety of clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple concurrent fast-turnaround projects simultaneously across a diverse mix of commercial construction and renovation scopes in the Orlando market

• Oversee subcontractors and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards

• Coordinate with the Director and company leadership on scheduling, logistics, and project sequencing

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite in compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies

• Conduct regular site walks and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and keep projects on track

• Communicate proactively and professionally with a wide range of clients, including property owners, healthcare operators, retailers, hospitality groups, and corporate tenants throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage punch lists and close-out activities to ensure a smooth and complete project delivery

• Adapt quickly across project types ranging from small targeted renovations to more complex multi-trade scopes

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, managing multiple projects at once, with a track record of delivering quick-turnaround scopes on time and to standard

• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and pivot quickly between different work environments

• Experience working in occupied or sensitive environments such as healthcare, medical office, or hospitality settings

• Solid knowledge of construction means and methods across trades, including concrete, HVAC, millwork, and tenant improvements

• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a wide variety of client types, from healthcare and hospitality to retail and corporate

• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
