Suffolk County’s top molding manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience to join our team.
Position Highlights:
- Interacts with customers via telephone or email to provide support on products.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
- Order processing (entry, shipment documents, billing)
- Customer Support (order status, product knowledge, initiating claims, etc.)
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Quick learner who works well independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and able to handle a changing daily workload
- Office experience required
- Prior Customer Service experience, particularly in manufacturing, is preferred
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential
