Hours: Monday thru Saturday & Alternating Sundays
Full time and Part time positions available
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing Deliveries Correctly & Effectively
- Answering Phones in a helpful manner
- Filing
- Maintaining Company Documents
- Calculating Driver Charts
- Emailing, Faxing, Texting
- Processing Online Orders
- Processing Credit Card Payments
- Helping in office customers
- Assistant in other Daily Office Duties
- Maintaining a Clean Work Environment
Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Reliable transportation
- Multi-Tasking skills
- Able to handle fast-pace work environment
- Legible hand writing
- Willingness to learn
- High Phone Volume
- Knowledge of an adding machine
- Willingness to learn new technology as we implement it
