Sample Coordinator

FRAME Technical Services, LLC seeks a qualified Sample Coordinator.  This position will be based in Richland, WA but may extend to the greater Tri-Cities area.  The successful candidates will be a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can work well on a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position location: Greater Tri-Cities Area, WA

Schedule: Part-time

Responsibilities Include:

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Interface with HMIS to identify sample collection needs, including vendors, quantities, sample storage req's during transport, etc.
• Collect samples from farm and food vendors
• Prepare chain-of-custody, as required
• Purchase of consumables required for transport of samples, such as cooler, ice, etc.
• Work with FRAME Business Manager for invoicing the client and vendor payment, and expense reconciliation, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver license
• Authorization from FRAME to issue checks and/or purchases via credit card

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bookkeeping and/or accounts payable desired
• Previous experience with chain-of-custody practices
