$20.00hr- $26.00hr Depending on experience

Hours of operation: 5:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors; verify IDs and manage sign-in process
- Monitor lobby activity and support smooth client flow
- Assist with client check-in during dosing (collect payments, confirm info)
- Provide front desk coverage as needed (breaks and peak times)
- Answer inquiries and coordinate with community providers
- Perform administrative tasks and assist with weekly reports
- Support telehealth visits (set up providers/clients for virtual appointments)
- Assist Program Director with daily operations
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience as a general office clerk with basic math and accounting skills and previous cash handling experience preferably in the health care field.
- Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level
- Current driver's license in the state in which they reside.
