We’re a family-owned, small-team, vertically integrated cannabis company based in Sanford, Maine. We cultivate our own flower, manufacture our own products, and deliver directly to customers through Weedmaps. All orders are placed by phone or via Weedmaps and picked up curbside.

Position Overview
We’re hiring an upbeat, organized, and hospitality-driven Dispatcher / Budtender to join our team 2–3 days per week. This role is primarily focused on customer service, order intake, internal dispatching, and budtending, with light production/manufacturing support when needed.
This position is ideal for someone with required cannabis retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Dispatching (Primary Role)
- Answer inbound calls and Weedmaps orders with professionalism and warmth
- Take, verify, and enter customer orders accurately while handling multiple conversations at once
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs
- Demonstrate strong foundational understanding of cannabis flower, concentrates, vapes, edibles, and strain genetics
- Coordinate and communicate order workflow with other team members
- Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every customer
- Support smooth daily operations through clear internal communication
Production / Manufacturing Support (Secondary Role)
- Assist with simple production tasks such as filling vape cartridges and preparing pre-rolls
- Help with labeling, packaging, and preparing products for retail sale
- Maintain clean, organized production and packaging areas
- Assist with basic inventory tasks (restocking, counting, tracking materials)
- Follow all state safety and compliance protocols for cannabis handling
Additional Expectations
- 2–3 shifts per week, including weekend availability
- Maintain organized, clean workspaces ready for high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Maine RIC card required before starting work(You do not need the card at the time of application)
- Cannabis retail experience is required
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hospitality, or other cannabis sectors is preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Solid cannabis product knowledge with a willingness to continue learning
- Dependable, professional, and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment
