Position Overview
We’re looking for a Cannabis Trimmer to join our team. This position offers flexibility in both schedule and pay structure — trimmers may work by the pound or hourly depending on preference and performance.
Responsibilities
- Trim cannabis flower to company quality standards with precision and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Communicate with the production team to meet daily goals
- Handle cannabis product carefully and respectfully
Qualifications
- Prior trimming experience highly desirable, but not required for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus over long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to produce excellent results
- Must be 21 and legally eligible to work in Maine’s cannabis industry
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible hours — work during any of FRAKTAL’s open store hours
- Compensation: $175 per pound trimmed at expected quality standards, or hourly pay available upon discussion
- Number of days per week is flexible
