How You’ll Make An Impact
- Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for employee questions, directing matters appropriately and following through with care.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including Workday processes, new hire materials, orientation schedules, and employee record updates.
- Conduct new hire orientation support, including Workday and time tracking guidance.
- Review and approve time tracking records for designated non-exempt employees.
- Help maintain accurate employee data in Workday and related People systems.
- Support benefits orientation, policy guidance, and local office procedures.
- Assist with compliance-related updates, including labor law posters and required notices.
- Respond to employment verifications, reference checks, and related employee documentation requests.
- Support contingent worker administration, including invoice review and allocation.
- Partner with the People team on office initiatives, special programs, events, org charts, and job description updates.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen consistency, and enhance the employee experience.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and solution-focused workplace culture.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related support role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with a focus in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
- Workday or HRIS experience strongly preferred.
- Strong customer-service mindset with excellent follow-through and judgment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Comfort balancing daily operational needs with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Experience in a professional services or fast-paced corporate environment preferred.
