Job Description The Fragomen office in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support in delivering first class immigration services to a mix of corporate clients. This role will work under Shared Services Operations setting and is primarily responsible for administrative support to legal/ consultant teams across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities Draft correspondences, forms, and documents for case teams according to specific templates and case instructions; Identify and raise potential issues or data discrepancies in the case management process; Update data and information in firm case management systems to maintain accurate case records; File cases and process fee payments to government agencies; Ensure clear and timely communications with all stakeholders (internal and external); Complete tasks according to stated timelines and protocols; Follow firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational and client compliance; Other ad hoc administrative duties as they arise. Requirements Experience working with government departments and/or immigration is an added advantage; Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail; Good business English language proficiency; Good communication skills, organization skills & time management skills; Adept at learning and adaptable; Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding task for self and team; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands; Ability to contribute to positive work environment.
