Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant (Program Director) in CPG at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our client relationships within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, executing large Enterprise Business Application development-based Programs at various Fortune 100 clients. This includes strategic preparation, planning, relationship management, people leadership, project management, risk management, technical solution design, data discovery, business discovery, steer-co cadence, leading the coordination with our solutions teams to achieve revenue and margin targets. Roles and Responsibilities: *Business Consulting and Delivery Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders across various geographies, domains, and business units, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals. Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and solutions using Fractal’s offerings. Bring clarity to chaos, problem frame, white board in an agile manner in person with key stakeholders to drive client value. Collaborate with a diverse group of client stakeholders to align project vision Develop and refine the vision for next-generation analytics, data engineering, AI/GenAI/Agentic AI products and platforms Lead end-to-end management of key programs including selling, business consulting, project management, technical solution delivery, to achieve annual revenue targets of $10M while maintaining high client satisfaction (NPS > 70), delivery quality, robustness of solutions, timelines Manage account/program utilization and margins, handle client escalations, and represent the full Fractal portfolio, demonstrating expertise in AI, Engineering & Design, Behavioural sciences, and healthcare and pharmaceutical analytics solutions. Define standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establish processes to measure them. This role will be responsible for the quality of delivery for the engagements as measured by relationship specific measures as well as Net Promoter Score (NPS). Build a highly engaged team and manage their careers, by inspiring colleagues, creating opportunities, building individuals’ capability and creating followership. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and ensuring the development and growth of team members. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, data engineering and consulting, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the organization. *Operations and P&L Management Collaborate with the Account leader to maintain P&L of the account, ensuring revenue targets, project margins and client satisfaction measured through NPS are successfully met Ensure timely and appropriate staffing for new engagements – plan hiring and staffing decisions Overall ensure operational and financial discipline of client accounts are in line with organization principles *Business Development Assist the account sales and consulting teams and coordinate with internal capability teams in pursuing ongoing leads / RFPs from solutioning standpoint. Help the team in implementing AI models such as commercial analytics, supply chain analytics, finance analytics, marketing analytics, forecasting, optimization, propensity models, and integrate into client processes/workflows for business impact Contribute to the development and sales of CPG capabilities with a focus on GenAI/AI. Work with the tech ecosystem – AWS, Open AI, Microsoft, Databricks, MongoDB and other vendors/suppliers/providers regularly to collaborate on partnership, sales channels, conferences, relationships, joint business props, optimizing performance and experience for clients. Qualification & Experience: 15-18 years of experience in analytics delivery and business consulting with at least 6 years of leadership experience Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, Engineering, Math, Business Administration Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients. Proven track record in leading strategic engagements within the CPG industry, achieving quarterly and annual goals. Experience in analytical solution deliver to Fortune 500 companies and handling direct client interactions at CXO/VP/Director levels comfortably on a daily basis. Must have excellent project/program management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time Have business acumen to manage revenues profitably and meet financial goals consistently. Able to quantify business value for clients and create win-win commercial propositions. Excellent leadership and communication skills (Oral and Written), with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus. Self-driven with a strong desire for rapid career growth, aligning with Fractal's core values: Client First, Extreme Accountability, Humble, Hungry, and Smart. Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (when feasible). Pay: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $147,000 - $234,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits: As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
