The Vehicle Finisher position at FR Conversions is a member of the Production Team whose primary duties center around the installation of the final components necessary for the vehicle before it is ready to go out to the customer. Associates in this category are assigned to the Finishing Station on the production line, although Production Associates are required to train on multiple assembly stations and will be assigned to stations as required by the production schedule. Some Production Associates may specialize in certain stations or tasks, but all are required to be flexible and trained on multiple stations. This position reports to a Line Supervisor and then to the Plant Manager.

The Production Associate position is a full-time hourly position with approximate pay dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform station specific production tasks such as:
- Installing seats, carpets, gaskets, and seat belts.
- Adhering vinyl flooring, padding, and insulation to the inside of the vehicle.
- Utilizing a tablet to program the vehicle’s door module.
- Installing plastic interior panels along the inside of the vehicle.
- Installing AC Duct Work inside of the vehicle.
- Testing lights, windows, and doors to ensure functionality.
- Utilization of work order processing software.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training.
- Abide by all OSHA safety requirements including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
Critical Job Requirements
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools, automobile mechanics and electrical systems.
- Ability to individually lift 50-100 pounds.
- Physical ability to work full day lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling in a non-environmentally controlled work environment in a loud work environment.
- Ability to judge distances and read signs.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Detail oriented.
- Verbal comprehension (Understand oral and written communications).
