Job Overview


The Paid Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Leveraging paid search, and paid social channels, this role focuses on driving measurable marketing results through data-driven strategies. The specialist collaborates closely with creative and account teams to ensure alignment between campaign goals, messaging, and performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across programmatic, display, video, paid search (Google Ads), and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strategy Development: Recommend targeting strategies including geographic, demographic, platform, ad type, duration, and budget planning.
  • Optimization & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions, and proactively adjust campaigns for optimal results.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to ensure ad visuals and platform best practices.
  • Audience Targeting: Use first- and third-party data to define and refine audience segments.
  • A/B Testing & Insights: Run experiments, analyze results, and recommend campaign improvements.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage campaign pacing, bidding strategies, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Reporting: Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights for internal and client-facing reporting.
  • Client & Vendor Interaction: Attend client and vendor meetings to align on goals and execution.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on platform changes, industry innovations, and evolving best practices.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least (2) years of digital advertising experience.
  • At least (3) years of current SEM experience (after 2020).
  • Previous programmatic experience is encouraged.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and performance/analytical reporting tools.
  • Experience in and passion for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Wordpress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Microsoft Suite, and GSuite applications.
  • Experience implementing ad campaigns via multiple channels and platforms.
  • Experience or familiarity with coding languages such as: PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML and CSS.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Amazon DSP and Stackadapt preferred.
  • Media buying experience preferred.
