Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. Bend area drivers are joining a western regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road, pays them every week while they learn, and backs their first months solo with a guaranteed check.
How You Start
- Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
- Paid every week during training
- Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
- $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving
The Job
- Dry van freight across the western states, west of the Mississippi
- Around 2,000 miles per week
- Home every 2 weeks
- Day and night dispatch, weekend driving expected
Pay
- Average weekly earnings of $1,500
- Starting rate of 50 cents per mile
- $15 stop pay
- Monthly driver performance bonus

What You Need
- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- Completed 120 hours at an accredited CDL school
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Live within 200 miles of Troutdale, OR
