What are the responsibilities and job description for the Website Operations Manager-Morries Auto Group position at FPH MAG MANAGEMENT LLC?
Website Operations Manager – Job Requisition
Website Operations Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Department: Marketing
Morrie’s Auto Group continues to grow — fast — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We’re on a mission to transform the automotive experience for customers across the Midwest, and our websites play a massive role in that vision.
We’re looking for a Website Operations Manager who’s equal parts website optimizer, digital problem‑solver, vendor quarterback, and customer‑experience champion. Someone who loves making complex systems work better, thrives in a fast‑moving marketing team, and communicates clearly and proactively with internal partners.
If you’re energized by the idea of managing 35 dealership websites, improving user journeys, partnering with top-tier vendors, and shaping the future of digital retailing — this is your next move.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own all website operations across Morrie’s 35 dealership and group sites — ensuring accuracy, uptime, compliance, and a first‑class customer experience.
• Lead monthly incentive updates with precision and speed (first week of each month is “go time”).
• Manage dealership requests through project management tool — clearly communicating timelines, progress, and resolutions.
• Partner with key vendors (Team Velocity, Dealer Inspire, vAuto) to implement fixes, enhancements, and new capabilities.
• Continually optimize UX, site structure, and conversion pathways to help customers easily shop, research, and schedule appointments.
• Use GA4 and reporting tools to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and propose improvements.
• Stay on the cutting edge of SEO, AI, automation, and new MarTech opportunities for web performance and customer experience.
• Ensure automotive OEM compliance, consistent merchandising, accurate incentives, and brand‑aligned presentation across all sites.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to improve processes and drive innovation.
WHO YOU ARE
• A strong communicator who believes that proactive updates beat reactive cleanup.
• Technically savvy enough to diagnose issues and guide partners to resolution, but also knows when to escalate.
• Someone who understands automotive retail or is eager to learn it fast. (Experience with digital retailing, OEM requirements, or automotive websites is a BIG bonus.)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sites, multiple vendors, and competing deadlines.
• Curious, driven, humble — embracing our core values and acting as a digital change agent.
• Comfortable using analytics to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Excited to help shape the future of Morrie’s Auto Group and the automotive digital experience.
