Now Hiring: Senior Buyer – Regulated Industry| Full-Time
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to lead sourcing and supplier management in a highly regulated environment. This role will drive strategic purchasing, cost optimization, and supplier performance while ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier qualification
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supplier terms
• Manage RFQs, POs, order tracking, and inventory levels
• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality & Production
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and export/import requirements
• Drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior team members
What You Bring:
• 5 years of procurement experience in aerospace/defense
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
• Deep understanding of applicable industry standards
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; APICS/ISM certifications a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
