We’re working with a growing manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Inventory control / Production Operator to support batching, inventory control, and day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the floor, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Measuring and preparing materials for production
- Supporting batching/mixing processes
- Managing inventory, lot tracking, and FIFO
- Picking and staging materials for production
- Packaging and labeling finished goods
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail (especially with measurements)
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Comfortable with physical work and handling materials
