This is a ~750-person, privately held food manufacturer that was recently acquired by a major global food & beverage company - giving them strong backing while still operating with a more agile, entrepreneurial feel. The brand has seen significant growth and has a strong presence across Costco, Sam’s Club, and other major retailers.
They specialize in better-for-you, clean-label, ready-to-eat/heat products - a category that continues to see strong consumer demand, hence their growth! Think meat protein and sauces products, primarily.
The role is highly innovation-focused, supporting product development, reformulation, and portfolio expansion, while ensuring strong nutritional positioning. Anyone with more of a culinary focus to their R&D skillset is encouraged to apply!
