A fast-growing, privately held manufacturer of specialty tools in the Greenville, South Carolina area is looking for a Director of Operations to lead all production, inventory, purchasing, and quality functions. This is a high-impact role for an experienced operations leader ready to build scalable systems and double production capacity in a company where demand is outpacing supply. You will report directly to the CEO and have full organizational and financial support to get the job done.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED:
A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an engineering or operations background. Candidates should bring 7 or more years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership, including direct experience as a Plant Manager or Director of Operations. Experience leading teams through high-growth environments is a must.
