At FPC, we help experienced professionals explore business ownership through our executive search franchise network. As part of the Franchise Development team, you'll connect with executives, recruiters, sales leaders, and industry professionals who are considering launching their own business. You'll play an important role in helping prospects learn about the opportunity and take the next step in their entrepreneurial journey.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn, email, and social media
- Identify and engage prospective franchise candidates
- Schedule introductory calls for the Director of Franchise Development
- Write personalized outreach and follow-up messaging
- Manage prospect activity within CRM systems
- Support social media engagement and marketing initiatives
- Research industries, executives, and companies to identify qualified prospects
- Help maintain a consistent pipeline of franchise development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident communication style
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media professionally
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic industry
- Experience in recruiting, marketing, sales, business development, or outreach preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM platforms is a plus
