Essential Job Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support across various channels.
- Coordinate, schedule, confirm, and organize client meetings, facilitating both in-person and online appointments and assist with notetaking as necessary.
- Complete, process, and monitor new account and insurance paperwork, signature collection, data entry into processing systems, payment processing, digital file maintenance, report generation, and documentation imaging.
- Handle routine client account maintenance tasks, such as processing name and address changes, bank authorizations, and responding to client queries or issues.
- Implement recommendations of Advisors, such as opening new accounts or applying for insurance policies or closing accounts or insurance policies.
- Monitor status of account openings and insurance applications, reporting and recording updates to clients and Advisors.
- Assess client/prospects financial situation and goals to provide support to clients and Advisors.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years' experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support in the financial services industry. Experience may include investments, wealth management, life insurance, banking, etc.
- FINRA Series 7 or 66 license, preferred or willing to pursue.
- Life, Health, and Annuity license, preferred or willing to pursue.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in customer relationship management platforms, preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies to organize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial services industry standards and terminology, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
- Customer service orientation combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.
