Who You Are

You are a proactive, detail-oriented IT professional with a strong foundation in systems and security administration. You bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting IT infrastructure, managing vendor relationships, and providing direct user support. You are organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple systems and projects simultaneously. You possess strong communication skills, a passion for secure and efficient IT environments, and a fast-paced, high-standard work ethic, bringing a problem-solving mindset to everything you do

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for all IT infrastructure and systems.
• Coordinate support efforts with our MSP and third-party IT vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software including desktops, servers, printers, phones, and scanners.
• Administer user accounts, email systems, and access controls for employees.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases for IT processes and procedures.
• Perform regular maintenance on all technology systems, including VoIP, wireless networks, and access control systems.
• Support ERP system administration including backups, upgrades, and hardware integration.
• Recommend and implement hardware improvements based on lifecycle and service plans.
• Review and apply security enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all systems are operating efficiently, securely, and reliably.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration and IT security roles.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, NTFS permissions, and firewall management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, RDP, and ZTNA.
• Familiarity with security tools and protocols like Duo MFA, SSO, LDAP, SAML, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, including basic SQL for queries and data validation.
• Ability to manage hardware/software lifecycle and propose technology improvements.
