The bank is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes across the organization. This position is responsible for managing interview scheduling, generating offer letters, and coordinating onboarding activities. Additional duties may include assisting with candidate sourcing. In this role, you will support a dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) team of recruiters and serve as the backbone of the team – ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining data accuracy, and helping to drive process efficiency within a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and regions
Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews ensuring timely communication with interview
team and candidates
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business leaders during the interview stage
Offer Letter Generation
Generate and distribute offer letters using Workday or other HRIS platforms within service level
agreement timelines
Pre-Employment & Onboarding
Stay informed and provide updates on pre-employment steps (background checks, welcome
email, etc.) ensuring timely completion leading up to candidate start date
Coordinate onboarding logistics, streamlining new hire communication, and other pre-employment procedures as needed
Act as the liaison between new hires and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience
Team and Process Support
Partner with the TA Recruiters to manage candidate workflows and requisition support
Contribute to process improvement initiatives across TA Operations
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Support
Assist recruiters in proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases such as Phenom.
Conduct initial resume screens and shortlist candidates when needed and maintain accurate
records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Other projects and duties as assigned
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in financial services
Proven ability to manage high volume interview scheduling with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
Creating and Updating SOP’s
Proven ability to problem solve and find efficiencies
