Daily Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist, you will be the dedicated resource for reviewing client confirmation notices, within the Advisory Programs team. In addition, you will assist with daily advisory oversight process and other projects as needed. Your attention to detail and ability to react quickly to challenges will be instrumental in ensuring successful correspondence with the bank clients.

What will you do?
- Complete thorough reviews of client confirmation notices for accuracy in a timely manner
- Interact with internal and external parties to verify and update information.
- Create client letters based on data form internal applications
- Identify challenges & defects and collaborate with internal partners to resolve them
- Other projects as assigned
- Conduct thorough and timely reviews of client confirmation notices to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to verify and update information.
- Draft client correspondence based on data from internal systems.
- Identify process challenges, defects, or risks and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Escalate control deficiencies and potential risks in a timely manner.
- Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- 4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent)
- 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in document review or a detail-oriented role.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, critical thinking skills required to support escalated issue resolution and/or oversight requirements associated with exception-based complex processes
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft-based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Previous experience with document reviews
- Previous experience in the securities, banking or finance industry preferred
- Knowledge on SQL, Tableau, Envestnet and Tableau is preferred
Soft skills:
Attention to detail, strong time management, effective communication skills.
