Location: Minneapolis, US
Contract duration: 6 months, strong likelihood for an extension, or conversion to full time employee
Daily Responsibilities:
· General data entry related to loan information
· Phone and service responsibilities: verify wire and payment information with clients and reps, troubleshoot issues
· Complete requests via workflow/SSR
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
· Microsoft Office skills are essential
· Reports are generated in excel format, general knowledge is required to accurately and timely complete tasks
Must-have Skills:
· At least 1 year of Banking experience ( Data entry within the banking field)
· At least 2-5 years of service experience (customer-facing)
· MS Office including Excel (intermediate-Expert)
Nice-to-have Skills:
· Salesforce, Workflow, general loan servicing software
Soft kills:
· Attention to detail
