We've achieved 100% year-over-year growth since inception and continue to grow our team. We're looking for a confident, organized Accounts Receivable Clerk who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, solve problems, and help keep customer accounts current.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and send customer invoices.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Collect past-due payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain aging reports.
- Work closely with our accounting and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, or customer service.
- Confident and professional phone skills.
- Comfortable discussing outstanding balances with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or similar software is a plus.
- Someone who takes initiative and follows through.
