What You’ll Do
- Get crews out the door every morning with the right materials, schedules, and assignments
- Be the go-to person when issues come up in the field and handle them
- Manage daily job schedules and adjust on the fly when things change
- Coach crew leads and hold them accountable to quality and customer standards
- Report daily to company leadership on field operations and performance
- Step into job sites when a crew needs hands-on support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing crews in construction, flooring, home services, or a related trade
- Someone who figures things out you don’t wait to be told
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple problems at once
- Strong communicator who can lead people and handle difficult situations professionally
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Willingness to work Saturdays as needed

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
