Installation Manager

Foxy Coatings is a fast-growing floor coating company and we need an Installation Manager who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. Every day is different. If you lead from the front, solve problems fast, and take pride in getting things done — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Get crews out the door every morning with the right materials, schedules, and assignments
• Be the go-to person when issues come up in the field and handle them
• Manage daily job schedules and adjust on the fly when things change
• Coach crew leads and hold them accountable to quality and customer standards
• Report daily to company leadership on field operations and performance
• Step into job sites when a crew needs hands-on support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing crews in construction, flooring, home services, or a related trade
• Someone who figures things out you don’t wait to be told
• Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple problems at once
• Strong communicator who can lead people and handle difficult situations professionally
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed
