We’ve launched a new location, and we need a leader who can stabilize the chaos, build a team, and create 5-star service for our customers. From handling scheduling to running the warehouse to solving problems on the fly, you’ll need to keep jobs moving even when the unexpected hits (and trust us, it will).

This isn’t a slow-paced, cushy desk job. We’re looking for someone with grit and confidence who can lead people towards a mission, even when under pressure. If you want in on this, let’s talk.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team—hire, train, and direct people with confidence and resolve.
• Oversee daily job launches, ensuring each crew has materials they need for the job.
• Handle incoming calls or issues from the team and customers.
• Manage warehouse operations: inventory, stocking, material pulls, receiving, etc.
• Keep schedules tight and adjust quickly when needed.
• Work on job sites when the crew is short-staffed – which will be often to start.
• Own location reporting and communication with Foxy Coatings’ leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading crews in a home services business
• Pragmatic and steady under pressure
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to lift 40 lbs and push up to 800 lbs.
• Wiling to work Saturdays
