About the Role:The Regional Human Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning human capital strategies with the overall business objectives across multiple locations within a designated region. This position is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires developing and implementing regional HR policies and programs that foster a positive work environment and support organizational growth.
