About the Role
Design, develop and qualify new power connectors for Datacenter applications. Create concepts to meet specific customer requests. Brainstorm through CAD, solutions to application-specific problems. Work with global team members in the US and Asia to support the product roadmap defined by Business Development, Product Management and Department Management. Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years experience in connectors.
- Developed CAD skills.
- Experience taking projects from a hand drawn or verbal concept, to a functional and cost-effective solution.
- Experience with rapid prototyping as well as modern power connector manufacturing methods (stamping, plating, machining, high-mix semi-auto assembly quality improvement processes).
- Working knowledge of thermal dissipation, advanced cooling methods and/or current density FEA analysis is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
