Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Basic appliance repair
Drywall repair
Painting
Basic electrical and plumbing repair
Complete unit turnovers
Basic HVAC repair

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience, required, 2 years preferred
