Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Basic appliance repair
Drywall repair
Grounds keeping (spring & fall clean up)
Snow removal
Painting
Basic electrical and plumbing repair
Complete unit turnovers

Schedule- M-F between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on call rotation every 4th weekend

Valid reliable transportation and driver’s license required
Must provide and have access to your own hand tools
A criminal background check is a part of the application process

Experience:
3 years maintenance experience, or related field, preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
