Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the CPG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines, track KPIs, and optimize sales workflows.
- Leverage data and analytics from HubSpot to forecast revenue, identify trends, and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
- Stay informed on CPG market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5 years of sales experience in the CPG industry.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, reporting dashboards, automation, and sales enablement tools).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
