Multimedia Producer

We’re looking for a hands-on Multimedia Producer who can lead and execute high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy. This hybrid role combines creative leadership with video production expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative freedom, and is eager to produce work that drives measurable results.

Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

• Guide all creative projects under the multimedia umbrella
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Lead and mentor a team of photographers, videographers, animators, and copywriters
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and IT teams to support campaign objectives
• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all content
• Pitch new ideas and propose innovative content strategies
• Hire and train multimedia staff and external talent (actors, voiceover artists, etc.)
• Stay current with trends in publishing, advertising, and digital media
  
  

Video Production

• Plan and manage the full video production process from pre-production to post
• Shoot live-action video using professional camera, lighting, and sound equipment
• Edit content for multiple platforms using Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and other tools
• Scout locations, manage crews, and coordinate shoot logistics
• Capture documentary-style footage from branch locations across the U.S.
• Produce and support audio/video podcast recordings, including setup, editing, & publishing
• Manage and maintain our on-site video studio and equipment
• Occasionally support or lead still photography projects
• Assist with or manage live streaming events
• Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers on larger projects
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional video production experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing shooting and editing across various formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
• 1–2 years of management experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel approximately once per month for 2–4 days
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Logan, Utah
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with live streaming platforms (OBS, StreamYard, YouTube Live)
• Animation or motion graphics experience
• Familiarity with pest control, home services, or seasonal service industries

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
