Join Our Team as a Jr. Project Manager!
We are seeking an organized, proactive Jr. Project Manager to help manage incoming IT requests and projects, coordinate IT work, and support project delivery across the organization. This role works closely with technical teams and business partners to turn requests into clear plans and see work through to completion.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and learning in a fast‑paced environment. The role will grow over time, with opportunities to take on larger and more complex projects.

Responsibilities
Request & Work Intake Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for incoming IT requests
- Gather and clarify requirements, identify stakeholders, and document scope
- Track requests from intake through completion and communicate status update
- Prioritize work in environments with competing deadlines and incomplete information
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Manage small IT projects end‑to‑end with minimal oversight
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items
- Surface blockers early and help keep work moving forward
- Maintain clear, lightweight project documentation
Sprint Planning & Team Coordination
- Own sprint planning for the IT team, including backlog organization and prioritization
- Coordinate work with system administrators to ensure priorities are clear and achievable
- Monitor progress during the sprint and help resolve blockers
Change & Communication Coordination
- Facilitate a weekly cross‑functional meeting to review upcoming changes and impacts
- Prepare agendas, guide discussion, capture decisions, and follow up on next steps
- Ensure clear communication around timing, risks, and dependencies
Professional Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email, chat, and meetings
- Facilitate meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and follow‑ups
- Provide concise, audience‑appropriate updates to stakeholders and leadership
Learning & Problem Solving
- Build a working understanding of company systems and workflows
- Take on projects with ambiguity and figure out what needs to happen to get them done
- Learn quickly, adapt to change, and continuously improve how work is coordinated
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management
- Requirements gathering and clear documentation
- Stakeholder coordination and expectation management
- Problem‑solving in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
- Meeting facilitation and follow‑through
- Basic project management fundamentals (scope, timelines, dependencies, status reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Experience in project coordination, operations, IT, business analysis, or a related role
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong follow‑through, attention to detail, and accountability
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional work and keeping stakeholders aligned
- Ability to gather requirements from technical and non‑technical stakeholders and turn them into clear, actionable plans
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to figure things out without needing step‑by‑step direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional communication with leadership
- Experience facilitating meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and follow‑up
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and surface them early
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts and workflows or ability to learn.
- Ability to quickly learn project management software, including Jira and monday.com
- Comfort owning sprint planning, backlog organization, and work prioritization for a technical team
- Ability to use Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Interest in building a career in project coordination or project management
- CAPM certification or ability to obtain CAPM within the first year
