We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to connect with condominium management offices and board members in Miami Dade area.
Your main objective:
👉 Secure meetings and presentations for our services.
This is a relationship-driven role requiring strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and persistence.
- Prospect and connect with HOA board members and property management companies
- Build relationships within the Brickell condominium ecosystem
- Schedule and secure in-person or virtual presentations
- Clearly communicate FOX Partner’s value proposition
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Represent the brand professionally in all interactions
- Experience in real estate, property management, or HOA environments
- Strong understanding of condominium challenges (budgets, reserves, vendors, compliance)
- Proven sales or business development experience
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable with fieldwork (in-person visits, networking, outreach)
- Competitive compensation
