Lawn Care Technician – Truck & Trailer Experience Preferred
We are a growing lawn care company based in Indian Land, SC looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can work efficiently, show up consistently, and take pride in their work. We are looking for someone who wants steady work and the opportunity to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial lawn equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Drive company truck and trailer safely to job sites
- Perform residential lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing)
- Work independently or with a small crew depending on the day
- Follow daily routes and complete jobs in a timely manner
- Basic equipment care and reporting issues when needed
Requirements:
- Experience with commercial lawn equipment preferred
- Ability or willingness to learn to drive truck and trailer
- Reliable attendance is REQUIRED (no-call/no-shows will not be tolerated)
- Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Pay:
- Starting at $18/hour
- $18–$22/hour based on experience
- Up to $24/hour for highly experienced candidates who can operate equipment and drive truck/trailer confidently
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (occasional weekends if needed)
